Intellify Pte Ltd ("Intellify", "we", "us") is a Singapore company. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect personal data through this website, including our contact form, our AI Concierge Amanda and the Receipt Hydrate page, in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
1. What we collect
Contact form: your first name, last name, email address and message.
Conversations with Amanda: what you say or type to her and her replies. Speech is converted to text. Your microphone is used only after you tap to talk and allow it in your browser.
Receipt Hydrate page: the payment type you select and the details you enter to retrieve your receipt for a Hydrate store purchase.
Website use: technical data such as IP address, device and browser type, and pages visited, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
Please do not share sensitive personal data, such as NRIC numbers, bank or card details, or health information, in the contact form or with Amanda.
2. Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry and arrange walkthroughs or meetings.
To let Amanda answer your questions and suggest a setup that fits your store.
To review conversation records so we can correct errors and improve Amanda's answers.
To show you your Hydrate receipt.
To run, secure and improve this website.
To meet our legal obligations.
We will send you marketing messages only if you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.
3. Your consent
By submitting the contact form, talking to Amanda or using the Receipt Hydrate page, you consent to us collecting, using and disclosing your personal data for the purposes above. You may withdraw consent at any time by writing to our Data Protection Officer. We will act on your request within a reasonable time and tell you if withdrawal affects what we can do for you. Withdrawal does not affect processing that the PDPA allows without consent.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers that work for us, and only for the purposes above. These include our website host and form provider, the AI video, speech and language-model providers that power Amanda, payment and store-system providers for Hydrate receipts, and our email and IT providers. They may not use your data for their own purposes. We do not sell personal data. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
5. Transfers outside Singapore
Some of our providers store or process data outside Singapore. When that happens, we take appropriate steps, such as contractual safeguards, so that your data receives a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA.
6. Cookies
This website uses cookies that it needs to work and, where enabled, analytics cookies that show us how the site is used. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may then stop working.
7. How long we keep it
We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires. After that, we delete it or remove anything that identifies you.
8. How we protect it
We use reasonable security arrangements to protect personal data, including encrypted connections, access controls and limits on who can see it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Accuracy, access and correction
Please tell us if your details change. You may ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you and how it has been used or disclosed in the past year, or ask us to correct it. We will respond as soon as reasonably possible. If we need more than 30 days, we will tell you when we expect to respond. We may charge a reasonable fee for an access request, and will tell you the fee before we proceed.
10. Data breaches
If a data breach is likely to cause you significant harm, we will notify you and the Personal Data Protection Commission as the PDPA requires.
